Tav’s ghost is Rufio, who gives him confidence to do the things he’s normally too afraid or timid to do.

Jake’s ghost is Dirk, who has been pushing him to be as good as he possibly can be from the start.

Well, it generally caught my interest. I’m curious about the characters you’ve set up. I’m wondering about what Sam will do when he gets to the square.

But, what time period is this generally set in and would they have called Amniotic fluid well…amniotic fluid. With a witch hunt, I would assume somewhere before the first known use of the term…

Also… ”tankard of cold coffee.” A tankard? Does he need that much coffee?

Some of the other word choices sound iffy, too. “Lathered into a frenzy.” “Timber tinder boxes.”

But still, it’s good. I’m interested.
